Yes, you can send your gourmet gift directly to the person you want by indicating their address when placing the order. We make sure it arrives beautifully presented, designed to make the gifting experience special from the very first moment.
Do gourmet gifts include a message option or thoughtful presentation?
Yes, at VinNatura, we take great care in presentation so that each gift arrives with an elegant look and is ready to surprise. Additionally, you can include a personalized message of up to 100 characters. We also do not include invoices or prices inside the box, so you can send it directly as a gift.
What happens if a product is unavailable?
If any product is unavailable when your order is being prepared, we will substitute it with another of equal or higher quality, while maintaining the style, Galician character, and total value of the box or pack.
Is it safe to buy from VinNatura?

Do you ship all over Spain?
We ship to all of Spain, except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
In the European Union we ship to: Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.

What is the shipping cost?
At Vinnatura we offer free shipping on all orders of 4 bottles or more within mainland Spain. For the Balearic Islands, we apply a small additional charge.
We also have a flat rate shipping of €4.95 for orders of 1 to 3 bottles in the peninsula. For the Balearic Islands, shipping costs €7.95.
Shipping to the European Union
We apply a flat rate of €9.95 for orders of 4 to 6 bottles . Currently, our shipments are limited to a maximum of 6 bottles per order. If you need to purchase a larger quantity, an additional order will be necessary.

What is the estimated delivery time?
After preparing the order, the delivery time is usually between 1 and 2 business days within mainland Spain, and between 2 and 4 business days in the Balearic Islands.
Deliveries to the European Union: The estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 business days for France and 2 to 6 business days for other EU countries.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via debit and credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shopify's Shop Pay.
Can I change my order after purchasing?
If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as the order has not yet shipped.
