What kind of wines do you sell at Vinnatura?
We sell organic, natural and low-intervention wines. Our selection includes wines mainly from Galicia, but also from other wine regions.
What is an organic wine?
An organic wine is made from grapes grown without the use of pesticides, herbicides or synthetic fertilizers, following sustainable farming methods.
What does low-intervention wine mean?
A low-intervention wine is produced with minimal manipulation in the winery, without additives or industrial techniques, to preserve the authenticity of the wine.
What is a natural wine?
A natural wine is one that is made from organically grown grapes, without the use of chemicals in the vineyard, and vinified in the winery without the addition of additives or preservatives. The aim is to create a wine that reflects the terroir and variety in the purest way.
Do you ship all over Spain?
We ship to all of Spain, except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
In the European Union we ship to: Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.

What is the shipping cost?
At Vinnatura we offer free shipping on all orders of 4 bottles or more within mainland Spain. For the Balearic Islands, we apply a small additional charge.
We also have a flat rate shipping of €4.95 for orders of 1 to 3 bottles in the peninsula. For the Balearic Islands, shipping costs €7.95.
Shipping to the European Union
We apply a flat rate of €9.95 for orders of 4 to 6 bottles . Currently, our shipments are limited to a maximum of 6 bottles per order. If you need to purchase a larger quantity, an additional order will be necessary.

What is the estimated delivery time?
After preparing the order, the delivery time is usually between 1 and 2 business days within mainland Spain, and between 2 and 4 business days in the Balearic Islands.
Deliveries to the European Union: The estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 business days for France and 2 to 6 business days for other EU countries.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via debit and credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shopify's Shop Pay.
Is it safe to buy from Vinnatura?
Yes, we use Shopify as our e-commerce platform, which ensures the security of your data and transactions. We also use Shopify Payments, which is an integrated and secure payment method.

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the products are in their original condition. Please see our returns policy for more information.
