At Vinnatura, we only ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. It is not possible to make purchases through our portal for destinations other than those indicated. Unfortunately, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
Purchasing products from our portal is subject to shipping fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. However, we offer the following special conditions:

Vinnatura cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery of orders due to causes not directly attributable to Vinnatura, fortuitous events, or force majeure.

(1) The number of bottles in each range is based on 75 cl bottles.
(2) The indicated delivery times are from the next business day after order confirmation.
(3) We do not ship on Fridays to ensure that our products, due to their delicate nature, do not remain in a depot over the weekend, thus avoiding any risk to their quality and freshness. Therefore, orders placed after Thursday at 12:00 noon will be shipped from the following Monday.
The above-mentioned shipping costs include, in addition to product transportation, packaging in specially designed boxes for transporting bottles, insurance against loss or breakage, as well as VAT.
Orders will be delivered to the delivery address freely designated by the user. Vinnatura will not assume any responsibility if the delivery of the product cannot be completed as a result of the inaccuracy or falsity of the information provided by the user, or if the delivery cannot be made due to reasons beyond Vinnatura's control, such as the absence of the recipient at the delivery address.
In the event of the recipient's absence, and whenever possible, a note will be left with the necessary information to arrange a new delivery at the recipient's address or instructions for collecting the product from a designated location. In any case, after 7 days from the last delivery attempt without the order being delivered, it will be returned to the origin, and the contract will be terminated. In this case, the amount of the order will be refunded to the customer, minus the shipping costs incurred.
If, upon receiving the order, you notice that the package is broken or the box is wet, please refuse the delivery.
You must be over 18 years old to receive the order. Delivery will only be made to adults, and you may be asked for identification to verify your age.
