Right of Withdrawal

The buyer will, in any case, have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify any reasons or incur any penalty.

In accordance with Article (102.d) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, this right will not apply to the supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly. Therefore, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on bottles that have been opened, due to the rapid deterioration of the contents in such cases.

The buyer must express their intention to withdraw within the indicated period and must proceed with the return of the product. To do so, they may send an email to info@vinnatura.com, including their name, address, and order number. Additionally, they can contact us through our chat on our website.

Vinnatura Terra, S.L. will refund the amounts paid by the user without withholding any expenses. However, the cost of returning the product will be borne by the user.

Once the returned products have been received and their correct condition verified, Vinnatura Terra, S.L. will refund the amounts paid by the user within a maximum period of 10 calendar days. Products that do not retain their original packaging may suffer depreciation.

Shipping Insurance Recommendation

Since we cannot guarantee the secure receipt of returned orders, we strongly recommend that our customers consider purchasing shipping insurance that covers the cost of the return. This insurance will provide greater peace of mind and protection in case of any eventuality during the return process.
