O Acordo · Adega do Vimbio (O Rosal)
Located in O Rosal, Adega do Vimbio is recognized for its artisanal approach, sustainable practices, and philosophy of minimal intervention. Its vineyards, planted on schist and clay soils, offer the perfect environment to produce wines that reflect the character of the Atlantic and Galician identity.
O Acordo is born from an original blend of Albariño (75%), Sousón (15%) and Caíño Tinto (10%), in which the red varieties provide body and complexity, while the Albariño guarantees freshness and vibrant acidity. The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented with natural yeasts, without temperature control, and then aged for five months in stainless steel tanks. This artisanal process preserves a subtle residual CO₂, which provides vivacity and freshness on the palate.
This wine symbolizes Adega do Vimbio's commitment to quality and authenticity, being one of the freshest and most original expressions of Galician Atlantic rosés.
