Le Fleq is the winery founded by Flequi Berruti, a wine enthusiast born in Jerez and adopted by Madrid. Known for his work at La Tintorería Vinoteca and Alma Vinos Únicos, Flequi returns to his roots in the Jerez Triangle, an area celebrated for its albariza soils and the Palomino Fino grape.
At Le Fleq, they practice nature-friendly viticulture, using vineyards that are over 30 years old at the La Zarzuela vineyard in Pago Añina. Each vine produces around 2 kg of fruit, and the sea breeze brings lightness and elegance to the wines without taking away their concentration.
Le Fleq Palomino Fino combines 91% Palomino Fino with small proportions of Perruno, Cañocazo and Mantuo. It is fermented and aged in French oak barrels, delivering a marked minerality and a fresh and sophisticated character.
Le Fleq Pinot Noir is made in the Cadiz region, with notes of red and black cherries and a mineral nuance typical of the albariza soils. It is a medium-bodied dry wine (12.5% vol), perfect to accompany beef, pasta or veal.
