Le Fleq is the winery founded by Flequi Berruti, a wine enthusiast born in Jerez and adopted by Madrid. Flequi is a prominent figure in the Spanish wine world, known for his work at La Tintorería Vinoteca and Alma Vinos Únicos in Madrid. His personal project, Le Fleq, marks a return to his roots in the Jerez Triangle, a region renowned for its albariza soils and the cultivation of the Palomino Fino grape.
At Le Fleq, natural and sustainable viticulture is practiced. The winery prides itself on working with vineyards that are over 30 years old, located in the prestigious La Zarzuela vineyard in Pago Añina. These vineyards produce very low yields, approximately 2 kg per vine, resulting in wines of high concentration and quality. The influence of the westerly winds from the sea contributes to the creation of light and elegant wines.
Le Fleq Palomino Fino : 91% Palomino Fino, complemented by small amounts of Perruno, Cañocazo and Mantuo. Fermented and aged in French oak barrels, it presents an intense minerality and a fresh and sophisticated profile.
Le Fleq Pinot Noir : Made in the Cadiz region, this Pinot Noir is characterized by its notes of red and black cherries, with a distinctive mineral touch from the albariza soils. It is a dry, medium-bodied wine with an alcohol content of 12.5%, ideal for pairing with beef, pasta or veal dishes.
Le Fleq wines have caught the attention of renowned critics such as Luis Gutiérrez and Jancis Robinson, who consider them future cult wines. This recognition is due to the dedication of Flequi Berruti and his team in producing wines that reflect the authentic character of the Andalusian terroir and the purity of its grapes.
Le Fleq is not just a winery, but a manifestation of Flequi Berruti's passion and commitment to winemaking excellence, honouring the traditions of his homeland and exploring new frontiers in winemaking.
