Le Fleq Winery
Jerez wines with a contemporary vision
Le Fleq is the project of Flequi Berruti, a wine professional born in Jerez who is closely linked to Madrid through his career in places like La Tintorería Vinoteca and Alma Vinos Únicos. With this winery, Flequi returns to his roots in the Marco de Jerez region, an area characterized by its albariza soils, Atlantic influence, and a long winemaking tradition.
The project operates with a philosophy that respects the vineyard, seeking precise, fresh, and distinctive wines. Its creations highlight old vines, historic pagos, and a way of understanding Jerez beyond classic fortified wines.
Among its references, Le Fleq Palomino Fino stands out, a dry white wine made primarily with Palomino Fino and small contributions of traditional varieties. It ferments and ages in French oak barrels, offering a saline, mineral, fresh, and gastronomic profile.
We also find Le Fleq Pinot Noir, a unique interpretation of this variety in the Cadiz region. It is a dry, medium-bodied wine, with red fruit, freshness, and a mineral background associated with albariza soils.
Flequi Berruti's creations have piqued the interest of specialized critics for their way of combining tradition, vineyard, and a contemporary perspective on the Atlantic south. These are wines with personality, designed for those seeking unique, precise elaborations with a strong connection to the landscape.
At VinNatura, we selected Le Fleq for its authenticity, its gastronomic character, and its ability to showcase a new interpretation of Jerez: fresh, saline, elegant, and deeply linked to its origin.
