Adega Saíñas is a winery located in Espasantes, Pantón, in the province of Lugo, within the D.O.P. Ribeira Sacra. Its vineyards are on the banks of the Cabe River, in the Ribeiras do Miño subzone, an environment marked by the influence of the river, sandy granite soils, and viticulture deeply linked to the landscape.

Since its beginnings, Adega Saíñas has worked to produce fresh, expressive wines with a Galician character. Its history combines family tradition, vineyard knowledge, and a constant evolution towards practices that are more respectful of the environment.

At an altitude of about 420 meters, its vineyards are cultivated with a philosophy based on soil care, biodiversity, and respect for the natural balance of the vineyard. Since 2021, Jorge and Saleta have continued the legacy of Javier Fernández González, keeping the winery's identity alive and maintaining its commitment to conscious viticulture.

Among its wines, highlights include Secreto and Secular, mainly made with Mencía and accompanied by other Galician red varieties that provide complexity, freshness, and depth. These wines perfectly reflect the style of Ribeira Sacra: Atlantic reds, elegant, with lively acidity, clean fruit, and great gastronomic versatility.
