Located in the heart of the Ribeira Sacra, in Espasantes, Pantón (Lugo), you will find Adega Saíñas, a winery that reflects the passion and dedication of its founder, Javier Fernández González. On the banks of the Cabe River, in the Ribeiras do Miño sub-area, the winery benefits from a unique microclimate and sandy granitic soils, ideal for growing the Mencía variety.
Since 1993, Adega Saíñas has been dedicated to creating high-quality red wines, combining traditional methods with modern technology. They have achieved fresh and authentic wines that have received recognition both nationally and internationally.
The first Adega Saíñas wine was launched in 1992, marking the beginning of a successful career. They practice organic viticulture in vineyards that extend up to 420 metres above sea level, making the most of natural conditions to obtain grapes of the highest quality.
Since 2021, Jorge and Saleta have taken the reins of Adega Saíñas, continuing the winery's tradition and legacy. They have maintained a focus on quality and authenticity, implementing sustainable and environmentally friendly practices, thus managing to continue producing exceptional wines and expanding their recognition in the wine market.

Secret: A red wine made from 85% Mencía and 15% from a blend of Garnacha Tintorera, Mouratón, Gran Negro, Brancellao and Merenzao. This wine is a tribute to the diversity of Galician grapes and the winery's ability to combine different varieties into a harmonious and complex wine.
