Lagar do Vento focuses on low-yield viticulture, harvesting manually and limiting the number of bunches per vine to ensure superior quality. Under the direction of winemaker Roberto Regal, the 2022 Do Peizas Barrica is fermented with natural yeasts and aged for six months in French oak barrels.
