The Galician mussels, scallops, small sardines, and bonito del norte (albacore tuna) accompany the sea spaghetti with young garlic and the seaweed tartar with black olives. You can prepare small bites on the mariñeiras and save the butter tetiñas cookies and the rooibos with kombu infusion for something sweet to finish.

• Mussels in escabeche 8/12 from El Legado de Lola, 118 g tin. With PDO Galician Mussel, hand-selected and fried in olive oil.

• Scallops in scallop sauce from El Legado de Lola, 115 g tin. From the Galician Rías, hand-selected and packed.

• Small sardines in olive oil 14/18 from El Legado de Lola, 118 g tin. From the Galician Rías, traditionally toasted and hand-placed in each tin.

• Bonito del norte (albacore tuna) in olive oil from El Legado de Lola, 110 g tin. Artisinally caught in the Cantabrian Sea during the coastal season and processed fresh.

• Sea spaghetti with young garlic from Porto-Muiños, 105 g tin. A vegetable tapa with seaweed from the Galician Rías, to serve as an appetizer or to accompany potatoes and salads.

• Seaweed tartar with black olives from Porto-Muiños, 160 g jar. Combines sea spaghetti, wakame, and sea lettuce from the Galician Rías with black olives, gherkins, and capers. To be served on the mariñeiras.

• Rooibos infusion with kombu from Porto-Muiños, 100 g bag. A blend of rooibos with rose petals and kombu seaweed, to accompany the after-dinner conversation.

• Galician rosemary from Quinteiro, 30 g jar. An aromatic touch for roasted potatoes, vegetables, and stews.

• Daveiga Mariñeiras with extra virgin olive oil, 100 g box. In canapé format, crunchy and inspired by the bread sailors used to take to sea.

• Butter Tetiñas from Quinteiro Doce, 250 g bag. Cookies made with 25.2% butter, to enjoy with the infusion or to finish the experience.

• Seasoned olives from Quinteiro, 370 g gross weight and 200 g drained weight. With pits, garlic, red pepper, and spices, ready to complete the appetizer.
