Large Mussels in Escabeche 8/12 from Galicia

Enjoy a gourmet preserve from the Galician Rías featuring large, fleshy mussels, selected and packed by hand. El Legado de Lola crafts this specialty using Galician Mussels P.D.O., traditionally cultivated on rafts.

The mussels are steamed, fried in olive oil, and prepared with a mild escabeche sauce following the cannery's traditional recipe. A delicacy that you can savor the moment you open the tin.

Certified Galician origin

The P.D.O. Galician Mussel label certifies their origin and monitors traceability from cultivation to production. Raised on the rafts of the Galician Rías, the mussels feed on the phytoplankton naturally present in these waters.

Between 8 and 12 pieces per tin

Their size allows you to enjoy large mussels with a firm and juicy texture. Serve them as the star of your appetizer, pair them with crackers or potato chips, or share a tasting session alongside other preserves.
