The mussels and small scallops bring the most seafaring side to the pack, while the white tuna and small sardines round out the selection with different textures and preparations. You can serve the preserves separately or prepare small bites on the mariñeiras to enjoy each product in a simple way.

What Salitre includes

• 8/12 pickled mussels by El Legado de Lola, 118 g tin. With PDO Galician Mussels, hand-selected and fried in olive oil.

• Small scallops in scallop sauce by El Legado de Lola, 115 g tin. From the Galician Rías, hand-selected and hand-packed, in a sauce of tomato, pepper, and onion.

• White tuna in olive oil by El Legado de Lola, 110 g tin. Artisanally caught in the Cantabrian Sea during the fishing season and prepared fresh.

• 14/18 small sardines in olive oil by El Legado de Lola, 118 g tin. Traditionally toasted and hand-placed in each tin.

• Daveiga mariñeiras with extra virgin olive oil, 100 g box. In canapé format, crispy and inspired by the bread sailors used to take to sea.
