The piquillo peppers with kombu and endives with walnuts and wakame accompany the seaweed salad and the tartar with black olives. You can serve the tartar on the mariñeiras, enjoy the endives at room temperature or warm, and complete the table with the olives.

What Orballo includes

• Piquillo peppers with sugar kombu by Porto-Muiños, 1 can of 80 g. A vegetable tapa of peppers with seaweed and garlic, ready to open and serve.

• Endives with walnuts and wakame stalk by Porto-Muiños, 1 can of 115 g. A vegetable combination with the touch of walnuts.

• Seaweed salad by Porto-Muiños, 1 can of 120 g. Combines sea spaghetti, wakame, and kombu with extra virgin olive oil. Prepared to open and enjoy.

• Seaweed tartar with black olive by Porto-Muiños, 1 jar of 160 g. A blend of sea spaghetti, wakame, and sea lettuce with black olives, pickles, and capers. To be served on the mariñeiras.

• Seasoned olives by Quinteiro, 1 jar of 370 g net weight and 200 g drained weight. Pitted and with red pepper, ready to round out the appetizer.

• Daveiga Mariñeiras with extra virgin olive oil, 1 box of 100 g. In canapé format, crunchy and inspired by the bread sailors used to take to sea.
