Espadeiro Atlántico

Pensares de Alberto 2020 is a unique red wine, made from the indigenous Espadeiro grape, a delicate and expressive varietal that reflects the essence of the Galician terroir.

It originates in Vilariño, at the Nanclares y Prieto winery, a project committed to sustainable viticulture and maximum respect for the environment. The vineyards grow in sandy soils over a granite bedrock, under the direct influence of the Atlantic, which gives the wine a vibrant freshness and a distinct minerality.

The grapes from the Horta vineyard are organically grown and hand-harvested. Winemaking is carried out with whole clusters and native yeasts, followed by a 12-month aging period in French oak barrels, where it gains complexity and structure. After bottling, the wine rests for at least 15 months before being released to the market, thus achieving a perfect balance between freshness and elegance.
