Espadeiro Atlántico

Pensares de Alberto 2020 is a unique red wine, made from the native Espadeiro variety, a delicate and expressive grape that reflects the essence of the Galician terroir.

It originates in Vilariño, at the Nanclares y Prieto winery, a project committed to sustainable viticulture and the utmost respect for the environment. The vineyards grow in sandy soils over a granitic bedrock, under the direct influence of the Atlantic, which gives the wine a vibrant freshness and a distinct minerality.

The grapes from the Horta vineyard are organically grown and hand-harvested. Vinification is carried out with whole clusters and native yeasts, followed by 12 months of aging in French oak barrels, where it gains complexity and structure. After bottling, the wine rests for at least 15 months before release, achieving a perfect balance between freshness and elegance.
