Description
Asubío 2023 · Ribeira Sacra
Asubío 2023, from Lagar do Vento, encapsulates the freshness and authenticity of the Ribeira Sacra terroir. The winery, located in Belesar, Chantada, is distinguished by its commitment to regenerative agriculture, producing wines that reflect the unique personality of this heroic land.
The vineyard extends over granite soils on steep slopes along the banks of the Miño River, worked in terraces and with manual harvesting, a symbol of the heroic viticulture of the area. The 2023 vintage, warm and with moderate rainfall, favored a balanced ripening of the Godello grape, which is harvested by hand and fermented with natural yeasts. Its aging in stainless steel tanks preserves the purity of the variety and the Atlantic freshness.
