Description
Baenis 2022 · O Rosal (Rías Baixas)
Baenis 2022 is an excellent expression of the Albariño grape, produced by Adega do Vimbio, a family winery dedicated to organic viticulture in the O Rosal sub-region. It originates from a small half-hectare plot, where artisanal care and respect for the land ensure a wine that faithfully reflects Galician tradition and Atlantic character.
The region's climate, with mild summers and rainy winters, offers ideal conditions for Albariño. The 2022 vintage, which was temperate, allowed for a balanced ripening of the grapes, enhancing their freshness and aromatic expression.
The production follows a philosophy of minimal intervention: fermentation with natural yeasts and aging for six months on fine lees, which gives the wine a creamy texture, complexity and authenticity.
