The José Antonio García winery is located in the town of Valtuille de Abajo. With a focus on sustainable agriculture, the winery works with old vines located on slate, quartzite and limestone soils. This diverse geological environment gives the wine complexity and minerality.
A is made Manual and selective selection in the vineyard, carried out in 14 kg boxes, to avoid crushing the grapes and to ensure that they arrive fresh at the winery. This process helps preserve the characteristics of the grapes and the terroir.
