Do Peizas 2021 is produced by the Lagar do Vento winery. This young red wine stands out for its composition of 95% Mencía and 5% Garnacha Tintorera, grown in the Peizás vineyard, located on granite slopes above the Miño River. The Lagar do Vento winery is recognized for its commitment to regenerative and sustainable viticulture, which is reflected in each bottle produced.

Do Peizás is made from grapes harvested by hand and fermented with natural yeasts, which gives it a complex and elegant aromatic profile. Fermentation takes place 80% in stainless steel and 20% in 3-use barrels.

Tasting Notes

It has a bright cherry colour with violet edges. On the nose, it displays aromas of red fruits, graphite and light balsamic touches. On the palate, it is powerful and full of fruit, with a lively acidity that makes it fresh and long.
