Discover Dunaria Rosado 2023, from Anónimas Viticultores, from the O Rosal vineyard with 150-year-old pre-phylloxera vines in O Val do Salnés. This unique rosé is made mainly with Caiño Tinto from ungrafted vines, and a touch of Mencía, grown in granitic and sandy soils that provide a distinctive minerality.
Anónimas Viticultoras is a winery that honors the tradition and legacy of women in viticulture. Founded by Cristina Yagüe Cuevas and María Falcón, the winery is located in Cambados, in the Val do Salnés sub-zone. Its philosophy is based on sustainability and the preservation of the natural environment, using organic practices in its vineyards close to the Atlantic Ocean.
Dunaria Rosado 2023 is produced by direct fermentation in a press and ageing in stainless steel, with occasional batonnage on fine lees until bottling in spring. This method highlights the freshness and complexity of the wine, without adding additional sulphites.
