Dunaria Rosado 2023 is a Galician wine with an Atlantic soul, fresh, delicate, and with a very distinctive personality. It comes from very old vines cultivated with respect for the environment, on granite and sandy soils that provide tension, freshness, and a very characteristic mineral expression.

Behind this project is Anónimas Viticultoras, the winery founded by Cristina Yagüe Cuevas and María Falcón in Cambados. A project that honors the tradition and legacy of women in Galician viticulture, with a philosophy based on sustainability, respect for the landscape, and an honest, sensitive, and small-scale production method.

The production of Dunaria Rosado 2023 follows a delicate and respectful method: direct pressing, fermentation in stainless steel, and occasional work on fine lees until bottling in spring. All this without adding additional sulfites, seeking to preserve the freshness, purity, and natural expression of the wine.
