Description
Le Fleq Pinot Noir 2023 · Pago de Carrascal (Jerez de la Frontera)
Le Fleq Pinot Noir 2023 is a unique expression of the Andalusian terroir, produced by Flequi Berruti at the prestigious Le Fleq winery. It comes from Pago de Carrascal, in Jerez de la Frontera, a privileged area known for its albariza soils, which give the wine a distinctive minerality. The Mediterranean climate, with Atlantic influence, and an exceptionally warm 2023 favored optimal ripening of the Pinot Noir, resulting in an elegant, fresh wine with great personality.
The winery's philosophy is based on ecological and sustainable production, limiting the yield of the vineyards to just 2 kg per vine, which guarantees concentration and quality in each bunch.
The production follows a traditional process: fermentation with native yeasts and with grape pomace in oak barrels for 28 days, followed by aging for 10 months in used French oak barrels. This patient work gives the wine depth, complexity and authenticity, faithfully reflecting the character of its origin.
