Todo Va a Salir Bien 2023 from Bodega Mazuela is a tribute to the rich winemaking tradition of La Rioja Alta. Made exclusively from Tempranillo and fermented in concrete tanks, this rosé captures the essence of its terroir.
Located in Cenicero, Bodega Mazuela is known for its dedication to sustainable practices and traditional winemaking methods. The vineyards are located on clay-calcareous soils, ideal for producing high-quality grapes. The Atlantic climate with continental influence and the winery's innovative techniques ensure excellent wine.
The grapes are harvested manually in 20kg boxes to maintain their integrity. After a brief maceration, the must ferments in concrete tanks and is aged in French oak barrels, which gives it its characteristic flavour and complexity.
Tasting Notes
The colour is reminiscent of the fine orange tones of Rioja Alta in the past. On the nose it conveys a mixture of sweet fruity sensations, surrounded by tannins typical of its time in the barrel.
In the mouth, its distinction from other rosé wines is noticeable. It is a serious wine, with body, constant tears, capable of supporting powerful dishes. A fantastic final aftertaste, once drunk, that fine vanilla marked by the American oak remains in the throat.
It is undoubtedly a special rosé, it is a “red wine made rosé”.
