Description
Todo Va a Salir Bien 2023 from Bodega Mazuela is a tribute to the rich winemaking tradition of La Rioja Alta. Made exclusively with Tempranillo and fermented in a concrete tank, this rosé captures the essence of its terroir.
Located in Cenicero, Bodega Mazuela is known for its dedication to sustainable practices and traditional winemaking methods. The vineyards are located on clay-limestone soils, ideal for producing high-quality grapes. The Atlantic climate with continental influences and the winery's innovative techniques ensure excellent wine.
The grapes are hand-picked into 20kg boxes to maintain their integrity. After a brief maceration, the must ferments in concrete tanks and is aged in French oak barrels, giving it its characteristic flavor and complexity.
Tasting Notes
On the nose, the color is reminiscent of the fine orange tones of Rioja Alta. The nose conveys a blend of sweet fruit, surrounded by the tannins typical of its barrel age.
On the palate, its distinction from other rosés is evident; it's a serious, full-bodied wine with a steady, tear-inducing quality that stands up to powerful dishes. A fantastic aftertaste, once drunk, the fine vanilla notes of American oak linger in the throat.
It is undoubtedly a special rosé, a “red made rosé.”
