Description
Un Culin 2022 · Bierzo
Un Culin 2022 is an authentic expression of Bierzo viticulture, produced by José Antonio García. This wine reflects the winery's commitment to sustainability, organic farming, and minimal intervention, allowing the terroir to speak for itself.
The vineyards are located in Valtuille de Abajo, on the hills of Bierzo with poor soils and low yields, but of great quality. The continental climate, softened by the Atlantic influence, provides freshness, tension and complexity, which translate into a wine full of life and character.
The production follows a simple and natural path: organically grown grapes, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in oak barrels, without temperature control, and aging for 12 months. The result is an honest, vibrant wine, deeply connected to the land where it was born.
