Corazón Indomable 2023 is an authentic expression of the Rioja Alta, produced by the renowned Bodega Mazuela in the town of Cenicero. This wine is made from hand-selected and manually destemmed Tempranillo grapes, which guarantees the highest quality and care in each bunch.

Bodega Mazuela is a passionate project of Manuel García, who after a long career in other wineries decided to found his own winery in the land he loves. The winery focuses on sustainable viticulture and innovation, always respecting the winemaking tradition of Rioja Alta.

Corazón Indomable is produced by careful manual harvesting in 20-kilo boxes, followed by cold pre-fermentation to preserve the fruity aromas. Fermentation takes place slowly in concrete tanks.

Tasting Notes

It has a deep violet red colour. On the nose, it stands out for its intense aromas of very fresh red and purple forest fruits. On the palate it is a fine, fleshy and very fresh wine. It is the pure expression of the fine wine of La Rioja, the variety speaks, the fruit speaks. It is a natural and lively wine, without complexes.
