Corazón Indomable 2023 is an expression of Rioja Alta, produced by Bodega Mazuela in Cenicero. This wine is made with hand-selected and manually destemmed Tempranillo grapes, ensuring quality and care in every bunch.

Bodega Mazuela is the passion project of Manuel García, who after a long career in other wineries decided to found his own winery in the land he loves. The winery focuses on sustainable viticulture and innovation, always respecting the winemaking traditions of Rioja Alta.

Corazón Indomable is produced through careful manual harvesting in 20-kilogram boxes, followed by cold pre-fermentation to preserve the fruity aromas. Fermentation takes place slowly in concrete tanks.

Tasting Notes

It has a deep violet-red color. On the nose, it stands out for its intense aromas of fresh red and purple berries. On the palate, it is a fine, fleshy, and very fresh wine. It is the pure expression of La Rioja's fine wine; the variety speaks for itself, the fruit speaks for itself. It is a natural and lively wine, without complexes.
