Produced at the Nanclares i Prieto winery, located in the Val do Salnés sub-region of Cambados, this wine reflects the winery's commitment to sustainable agriculture. The vineyards, planted on sandy soils of decomposed granite, benefit from a moderate Atlantic climate, with the 2022 vintage providing optimal grape ripening.

Dandelion 2022 is made with hand-picked grapes, fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine rests on its lees for seven months, with weekly batonnage during the first month, giving it a silky and complex texture.

Tasting Notes

This Albariño has a pale yellow color with greenish hues. On the nose, intense aromas of citrus fruits, such as lemon and grapefruit, are perceived, along with floral notes and a hint of minerality.
