Os Dunares Caiño Tinto 2022 is a red wine from Anónimas Viticultores, a winery that pays tribute to the women of the wine world. Founded by Cris Yagüe Cuevas and María Falcón, the winery is dedicated to sustainable practices and the preservation of historic vineyards. This Caiño Tinto comes from a 200-year-old organic vineyard located in Cambados, in the Salnés subregion, known for its cool Atlantic climate and sandy granitic soils.

Made with traditional and modern techniques, the grapes are destemmed and cold-fermented with native yeasts, followed by a five-month aging in stainless steel and used French oak. This gives it an elegant structure and complex nuances of fruit and wood.

In the glass, Os Dunares Caiño Tinto presents an intense red color with violet hues. The aromas evoke forest fruits, violets, and wild herbs. On the palate, its freshness and liveliness stand out, with well-balanced acidity and fine tannins that provide a long, persistent finish.
