Os Dunares Caiño Tinto 2022 is a red wine from Anónimas Viticultoras, a winery that pays tribute to women in the world of wine. Founded by Cris Yagüe Cuevas and Maria Falcón, the winery is dedicated to sustainable practices and the preservation of historic vineyards. This Caiño Tinto comes from a 200-year-old organic vineyard, located in Cambados, in the Salnés sub-area, known for its cool Atlantic climate and sandy granitic soils.

Made using traditional and modern techniques, the grapes are destemmed and cold fermented with native yeasts, followed by a 5-month ageing in stainless steel and used French oak. This gives it an elegant structure and complex nuances of fruit and wood.

Tasting Notes

In the glass, Os Dunares Caiño Tinto has an intense red colour with violet reflections. The aromas evoke forest fruits, violets and wild herbs. On the palate, its freshness and vivacity stand out, with a well-balanced acidity and fine tannins that provide a long and persistent finish.
